Description

The Differential rewind shaft series MFW-RS is good for winding materials with various thickness. The consistent web tension will be secured during the winding procedures. The friction elements operate independent from each other. The product has been designed in different types: the body is made of chromium-plated and polished, it has durable stell structure.

It has minimum roll width of 24 mm and it has ball or roll clamping device. The journal outline is for customers request only. It has air valves located on both sides axially or radially and it has easy replaceable flat hose. Lastly, it has core I.I. of 50-203 mm.

The friction winding shaft is particularly suitable for winding up several separate rolls of material next to each other, whereby materials may have different diameter.
By mutually independent friction elements, it is possible to keep the web tension constant, even when rolls have different diameters.
